Anthony "Tony" Toohey - Chief Executive OfficerAnthony "Tony" Toohey, was appointed to the Board on August 29, 2008 and was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2008. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and a Director of Ebet Limited (ASX: EBT). Mr Toohey is an accomplished senior executive in the club, entertainment and leisure industries, with a proven track record of success in increasing sustainable competitive advantage and creating a strong platform for continuing growth. His background includes General Management positions held at Wentworthville Leagues Club Ltd., Wests Leagues, Illawarra and Dee Why RSL Clubs in Australia. Kimberly P. Stein - Vice President, Corporate & General CounselKimberly P. Stein, Esq. has over 15 years experience in the gaming industry through her experiences in banking, securities, finance, operations and law. Prior to joining Sona Mobile, Ms. Stein was a partner in a local Las Vegas law firm. Over the course of her career, Ms. Stein has worked for various companies, including Mikohn Gaming, Sun International Resorts, Casino Data Systems, Alliance Bally Gaming and First Interstate Bank of Nevada. A long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Stein earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from UNLV before obtaining her law degree from Boston University. As a member of the Company's executive management team, Ms. Stein is responsible for all of the Company's legal and regulatory matters. Ms. Stein is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Stephen Fellows - Chief Financial OfficerStephen Fellows has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2006. He joined Sona Mobile in August 2005 as VP Finance & Corporate Controller. Mr. Fellows joined Sona Mobile from 3Com Corporation where he was Director of Finance of the corporate accounting group in Marlborough, MA. Prior to that, Mr. Fellows spent 5 years as the Director of Finance & Operations of 3Com's Canadian subsidiary. Mr. Fellows joined 3Com from Pennzoil Corporation where he spent time in the international mergers and acquisitions group in Houston, Texas, as well as four years as controller for Pennzoil Canada. Mr. Fellows holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON, Canada and earned his Chartered Accountants designation while articling with Arthur Andersen & Company in Toronto. Justin Brubaker - VP, Business Development & SupportJustin Brubaker brings a unique combination of business and technical expertise to Sona Mobile with more than 15 years of managing complex technical solutions as both a Senior Sales Engineer and Technical Project Manager. In his recent role as Director of Technical Services at Scholastic Inc. in New York City, Mr. Brubaker led his national technical support team to become not only a valuable technical resource, but a multi-million dollar profit center as well. Mr. Brubaker's team of 10 individuals soon replaced Scholastic's need for 3rd party technical assistance, saving the company millions of dollars per year. In addition, he designed large scale software deployment support plans that became a repeatable process for every major school district in the United States. His technical support for Mayor Michael Bloomberg's first NYC summer school for 3rd graders won him a national recognition award. Under his project direction, Mr. Brubaker also launched the first set of mobile finance, gaming and productivity applications on Qualcomm's BREW platform and has successfully mobilized content for many well recognized companies such as FedEx, Merrill Lynch, Forbes and Pfizer. Josh Taylor - Vice President, RacingTaylor has over 20 years of experience in the thoroughbred industry, beginning in 1983 when he worked under the mentorship of John H.S. Finney, then President of the Fasig-Tipton Company, the oldest thoroughbred auction firm in the United States. After college, Taylor joined Fasig-Tipton Company in Kentucky, rising to the position of Assistant Director of Sales for Fasig-Tipton Midlantic. In 1993, Taylor followed Finney and Laddie Dance to Horseman's Bloodstock Services, a Maryland-based Thoroughbred Auction company, where he helped pioneer the use of video marketing of bloodstock to solicit interest from potential clients. Most recently, Taylor served as a Managing Partner for Midlantic Ltd, a corporate promotional marketing company based in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife Emery Jones -- daughter of Russell B. Jones Jr., president of the Pennsylvania-based Walnut Green Bloodstock, and her three children. Taylor brings with him extensive knowledge and experience, and a passion for the thoroughbred horse industry. In addition to owning racehorses and broodmares, he has been a senior member and a certified Steward of the National Steeplechase Association since 1993, and has served on the Board of Directors and Race Committees for several NSA steeplechase race meetings. |
